We can define at least five fields, in which tinnitus shows characteristics of its nature (somatic-sensorineural-central- environmental-endolymphatic). These four sectors function as different but integral fields of one central process.

For a proper diagnosis we overlap the data from the different fields, that have been investigated.  In therapy, the integral approach uses any method of modern ENT-medicine, naturopathic and holistic medicine, psychology or spiritual practise, that is succesful.
