Dr. med. Michael P. Golenhofen

Vita:

• Born Sep. 11th 1959 and raised in Mainz/Germany he finished medical school at the University of Mainz with a Ph.D. in clinical immunology.
  

• After 1 1/2 years of immunological lab he specialized in general family practice and Ear-Nose and Throat medicine in Heidelberg/ Germany and Offenburg.
  

• Beginning in 1988 he intensively studied naturopathy, homeopathy, osteopathy and Traditional Chinese Medicine elaborating a common basic principle, which can be found in all different ancient medical traditions. 

• From 1999 until 2003 he integrated the spiritual aspect of native american and hawaiian shamanic traditions, working with traditional healers in the U.S. for 3 1/2 years.

• The result of these studies was an integral concept, combining both modern scientific medical research and ancient healing traditions for the treatment of ear-nose and throat disorders. In the 4myEar-tinnitus-center this concept has been specifically adapted for the treatment of  tinnitus, Menières disease, hyperacusis and sudden hearing loss.

• Dr. M. P. Golenhofen pracitices since 2003 in the 4myear-tinnitus-center, implemented into the Prienamed center for holistic medicine in Prien/Germany.
